As a Sales B2B Staff, you'll need to build good working relationships, understand the needs of your business customers, research the market and related products, present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

 

For this role, you'll be required to

  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
  • Liaise with factory to check the progress of existing orders
  • Record sales and order information and sending copies to Directors, or entering figures into a computer system
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

 

Qualifications

  • Male, Max.30 y.o
  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • The ability and desire to sell
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluently speak in English
  • Min 5 Years working experience as Sales B2B Food/Food Ingredients specialized in Feed Product

  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience as Sales B2B :
  1. B2B Sales Contract Management
  2. B2B Sales term of payment method.
  3. B2B Sales Loan or Bad Debt Management
  • Well verse in :
  1. Min 5 Years as Sales B2B Food/Food Ingredients specialized in Sweetener Product (This five years MUST in the last or current company and NOT the TOTAL working experience)
  2. In FOOD MANUFACTURE is A MUST
  3. In MANUFACTURE company and NOT in any other kinds of company (i.e. Banks, Travel Agent, Hotel, etc)

Responsibilities

As an Export Sales Staff, you will be responsible for:

  • The sale of products or services to customers in other countries, develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries you are responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes and also look for new opportunities to sell to different international markets.
  • Build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors. To do this, you'll negotiate with them (often in a foreign language) to try to make a sale.
  • Carefully monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur

 

For this role, you'll be required to

Responsibilities

As an Interpreter staff, carries the responsibility of conveying another individual’s thoughts and intentions. While the translation itself may not be exactly what the person is saying, the Interpreter has to discern how the comment is meant to be received while maintaining the integrity of the conversation.

 

For this role, you'll be required to

  • Responsible for using your knowledge of Korean language to help Korean Staff and Management communicate with local staff and management, despite language barriers.
  • Translate a question or request clearly and accurately, conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject.
  • Convert dialogue and convey the intent of the original speaker, understanding that many idioms and slang terms do not translate exactly between languages.
  • Assist the company with written and oral communication as needed.
  • Submit translations to appropriate management for review as needed

  • Bachelor Degree from any major

  • Fluently speak in Korean
