On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, PT Daesang Ingredients Indonesia organized a technical seminar themed "Lead the Way to Better Living with Speciality Ingredients" at Westin Jakarta Hotel. The seminar was attended by renowned food experts, including Prof. Didah Nur Faridah and Prof. Nuri Andarwulan from the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). Additionally, speakers from Daesang Corporation also delivered insightful presentations.
The event was attended by 150 participants, representing various customers of PT Daesang Ingredients Indonesia. The seminar covered important discussions on trends in the application and innovation of modified sweeteners within the food and beverage industry.
